Paul is described as a nice bloke who was a quietly spoken gentleman. He was a very thorough and meticulous Detective. A Registered Psychiatric Nurse before he joined. Always had a ciggie and cuppa in his hand when out the front of Newcastle Police Station with a brief in hand. Happily frequented the Grand Hotel Newcastle on many a Friday afternoon. A pleasure to work alongside and somehow always reminded us youngsters that we drove too fast! A real good cop who could tell a good yarn. PAUL’s family and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Service, to be held in the chapel of Lake Macquarie Memorial Park Crematorium, Cessnock Road Ryhope this SATURDAY morning, 17th February, 2018 commencing at 10 o’clock.
